Bud (Weiser)

Bud arrived in the summer of 2022 as a scraggly two-year-old stud colt with his mother and baby sister. He quickly became a volunteer favourite with his sweet, curious personality and love of attention.

Bud has excellent ground manners, stands well for grooming, the farrier and vet, WTC on-line and at liberty, loads like a champ, and loves exploring the property and mastering our obstacle course on the ground and under saddle.

He is being ridden at the walk and trot and is learning incredibly quickly. Due to juvenile arthritis in his back left fetlock, Bud will be best suited to light pleasure and trail riding and may require Previcox later in his years, but he loves the trails!

Standing at 16hh, the tips of his ears are missing, presumably from frostbite as a youngster. He is an incredibly sweet, willing boy with so much love to give — anyone would be lucky to have him as their bestie!
