Dolly

This mature girl is a heart stealer! She is extremely affectionate, and loves a good rubbing. She is a surprisingly well muscled horse for her age - she is likely in her mid 20’s. During her time here, we have learned that she bonds tightly with her herdmates. She was apparently broke to ride, which would be likely for a sweet, kind girl of her age, but she has been too bound to other horses to really test this out. She is just under 15 hands. She has been sound and healthy during her time with us. But is on Cushing’s medication and doing well!

I’m sure Dolly would love a forever home, and to have her own people and other horses. With the development of a strong, trusting bond with a consistent, loving person, she is a wonderful, seasoned mare.
